this morning i was taking my art final (we don't have a classroom, so we're out in the hallway next to an emergency exit, which means that all the late kids expect us to open the door for them)

and the late kids come in screaming something about fugly monster butterflies, and i immediately jumped up and the one girl that new my bug-obsession and said it was still alive... and here he is. i... i'm really taken with him. his wing's pretty tattered and he's sluggish (probably cause it's day) so for now he lives in our sun room. it's really nice to have a free-ranging bug in the house intentionally. :D and he's so friendly, too!
