I always wondered what my characters would wield if they ever branched into like...elements or powers. After playing in City of Heroes I kinda figured out some things.
I figured ruthos would utlize his body's natural energy to cripple enemies into Submission.
Plus this also gave me an excuse to try and design new outfits. lol
