Indexing and helium manipulation

Indexing sounds like a power that wouldn't seem very useful initially but actually en up being really handy.
I would require you carry tons of balloons with you everywhere and just produce floating balloons at all times.
And also make everyone you talk to have silly voices.

Fairy dust manipulation is weird just because it's ONLY manipulating it and not actually using it? Like if all magic were in the form of water and your ability was to hold and throw the water but not actually utilize the magic in it???

Combat luck is pretty rad though. Maybe you just make yourself super lucky so your enemies ALWAYS get an eyefull of fairy dust and can't fight anymore.

that is a very good explanation but fairy dust has its own magical proprieties I think and you dont need to bring them out for it to work.
if I where to cover something in fairy dust could I then manipulate the dust around them or it and turn it into a puppet of sorts?
super luck is bad ass and I think It also makes enemies are unlucky so freak whale falling from the sky every now and then
