Backstory: V11 was originally the Evil Trak, or Trak's shadow. But was destroyed after V11 because Kris. Thought to be gone, the V11 half of Kris left the body and gathered new strength and became this form. Now under the name "Neo", he wishes to do as much as he can to make everyone's lives a living hell.
Likes: Destruction, battle, ice cream, manipulating others.
Dislikes: Everything good, Trak & his friends, Harold & his friends, Malum, Garith, existance, Arceus
