Maleficent, Sleeping Beauty, Aurora, all that jazz is not my deal.
No disrespect or anything, it's just not my favorite Disney movie or characters. My best friend is the Sleeping Beauty fanatic. I was thinking of her so this new movie was on my mind. Boredly google'd it and fell in love with Maleficent's eyes. Then after falling in love, I realized how similar they look to my original design for Axel's eyes. (Just like, super fucking high-def and color saturated)
SO I DREW MAXELIFICENT.

Axel is my heart n' soul character, and I'm extremely proud of her design- especially her hair. Shes sort of become a personality so I wouldn't want her used as a roleplay, story, game, or alternate character.

Okay so firstly I totally agree with you on Sleeping Beauty (Brave is my bag because burrs and lolI'mScottish) but this is just fabulous darling! ;A;

When I was very young, around 6 or so Sleeping beauty was one of the first Disney movies my parents put on for me to watch. I wasn't as engrossed as Robin Hood, until Maleficent. I drank in scenes with her and was thrilled when she turned into a dragon. I was angry that the boring and lame prince slew her. The day I watched Sleeping Beauty is the day pink was replaced by purple, and not just any purple, but dark purples..rich and wicked purples. She's my first and favorite villain. I had an ink pen shaped like her dragon form for awhile that wrote in purple ink from the tail.
