what kind of flour did you use?

Just Gf self raising flour, For any cakes that ask for plain flour i use self raising when it comes to GF

Im a fan of "Bob's Red Mill" Gluten-Free flour myself :3

But you can also use almond flour (as long as youre not allergic to nuts) or rice flour - just remember, cooking times will vary considerably!

YOU MAKE GF CAKES THAT LOOK LIKE THAT?! Where do you live/have your bakery, because I'm coming over there! I don't care how far away you are! As soon as I get my settlement, I am coming to your bakery, with a fork, and I am buying a whole cake, and sitting down to eat the whole thing! LOL I make very good Gluten Free Cake, but none of them have ever looked like that! Lord, God in Heaven, where were you when I needed a wedding cake? Ah who cares... that marriage failed anyway... I ordered a small 3 tier wedding cake, for my regular guests, and then I had to make cupcakes the day before my wedding, and frost them so they looked like Sunflowers (those were the main flower in all my arrangements, which I also made myself), and painstakingly place all the chocolate chips in the center of them, so they were all uniform. And then my GF guests left the reception before we even cut the cake. So I had all these GF cupcakes that we had to take on our honeymoon with us. I can only eat so many cupcakes, and since my "husband" wasn't GF, also, he didn't want any of them. So I ended up throwing out more than half a batch of GF cupcakes. And I worked so hard on thise, the day before the wedding. I have since made dozens of batches of pretty cupcakes, and amazingly tasty bunt cakes, but I have yet to make a cake that looks like the picture above. Can I come and work for you? I will work for cake! Your cakes are gorgeous... all of them... but your GF CAKES are just freaking amazing!
