Ok, here's a relatively useless thing, here's a picture of all the cases I've had over the years, the only exception is the pre-assembled kit from TigerDirect back in 1999, that has never had a picture of itself taken. Not sure why I put the IBM PC in the picture, but I did.
You can compare this picture with the other with the list of hardware I've had over the years and figure out what was in each case.
Oh, and the IBM Keyboard you see in the 2005 picture, I still have that, still functional after 12 years (bought around August/Sept 2002).

See https://www.dropbox.com/s/5kquk7d5h.....oard%20001.JPG Basically, its just sitting around as I slowly put old hardware in it, and possibly plan to sell it once I'm done.
It has an AMD Sempron 145 2.8GHz single core and 4GB of G.Skill DDR3-1600 RAM in it (1.6V)

Speaking of DOS 5, I found this silly promotion video that Microsoft used for their first DOS upgrade. It is really corny! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dmEvPZUdAVI

Neat! I've recently gotten into case-modding, so these are very interesting to me.
Well, to be more accurate, I've gotten into case-building. See here: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/13362856/ and https://www.furaffinity.net/view/13393099/ . More portable computers are coming.

What's unsafe about it? Unless you're afraid the monitor would fall on my paws. It won't. Its hinges are too stiff by design.
The computer chassis is going on three years old by now, and has had some upgrades since then. The current hardware was all bought new in 2014, when the hardware in the picture died (it was about twelve years old and ran Windows XP). Now I mostly use Linux, but also a little Windows XP & 2000, Mac OS X Mountain Lion (Hackintosh), and PC-BSD10.2--and any other operating system I can get my paws on for free!
Don't worry, subsequent cases will look better.
