Yes, this is Turmoil, the result of Nidonocu suffering a crux bite or maybe just his stress break point! While he retains some sense of who he was, the sanity levels have definitely dropped while toxin levels have risen and you may want to be some distance away if something sets him off…

Using the line art template from Ritz_Bitz, I vectored and up-scaled the original in Illustrator so I had a larger image to work in and then did the painting for this one entirely in Photoshop, just some basic colours. Getting the brush to do exactly what I want seems a lot harder in PS than in SAI. o.<;

Bonus points if you know what his ‘emblem’ is on the back of his head is!
