Sculpey isn't food safe... I've used it for cake toppers before though. Make sure your commissioner knows to put a piece of wax paper under the toppers themselves.

The base is made of wood. All of my bases are made of wood. So there is no concern. Thanks though!

Hey, you already thought two steps ahead with that, so awesome! I just know Sculpey is a bad, bad idea to put mingling with food... It has a plasticizer that I'm actually allergic to, and which causes even non-allergic people problems sometimes.
