A very nice image here, depicting a bygone era. The characters look great, and the colors mesh well. The dragoness is particularly well done, such subtleties in the dress and the details of her umbrella.

If it matters after 9 years... The lady with the scales and horns isn't a dragoness. She's a kyryn named Tzu Li, and despite looking and acting like a bouncy teenager, she's got the emotional outlook of a twelve year old (her species lives for 10,000 years; their emotional maturation runs a little slowly) and the near god-level magical power of someone like Bat-Mite or Mr. Mxyzptlk. Thankfully she doesn't usually act like either of them, but when she got a crush on Kinomon the Golden Dragon things got a little tense.
