After we thinly sliced the Pork tenderloin. We place it into a large plastic bag. Then in a bowl, we combined the:
Shao Hsing Rice Wine
Ginger Powder
Hickory Smoked Sea Salt
Red Pepper Flakes
Rice Wine Vinegar
Toasted Sesame Oil
Garlic Paste
Ginger Paste
Brown Sugar
Soy Sauce
And, pour the mixture into the bag and onto the sliced pork. We seal the bag and mix thoroughly. Then we let the Pork marinade over night or for at least 6 to 8 hours.
p.s. Yes. I misspelled Teriyaki on the bag. I missed a Y. I was in a hurry! XD
