It's a highly formulaic way of playing with the sounds of the word ("surrender"). I've produced other works not dissimilar, but that's the secret of it; selecting from among the finite lists of words mimicing the sounds of the syllables, for the most thematic cluster possible, then assembling them in a definite sequence that suggests the sequence of sounds in the word.
There's one brilliantly good poem I read once, that was roughly this-- it was titled "plum" or something along those lines.
Also it's kind of like, revenge against people who never ever ever read poetry aloud, even mentally, but treat it like pure mediumless message. Anyway, like I said, not to be taken seriously, but I will have serious contributions to the prompt to make.

Quite interesting. As I read this, I didn't quite get it, I thought there is something word-play going on. But after reading the comments I got it, and I read the poem again. And once again, out loud. Very amusing, I found the poem interesting, as I am a non-native user of English, I find even the words, syllables and phonemes interesting. Great little piece, this kept me entertained far longer that the length could have got me presumed.
