So I got myself a tablet PC. It's an IBM/Lenovo X41. I got it primarily for being able to edit stories in digital format in cramped spaces like busses and airplanes where laptops aren't always easy to use. But the laptop also came with "Ink Art", which I think is a variant of Artrage for the tablet PC market.

So anyhow, one night at Anthrocon while waiting for folks to get ready for dinner, I started doodling around, learning the various tools available in the program. The paint textures are really pretty stunning! Random squiggles turned into an elephant trunk...which eventually evolved into the floating head of Ganesh (or similar elephantine diety). Goofy and fun...I hope you enjoy. Especially from someone who hasn't done "real" 2D art in a long time.
