For those familiar with my character Comrade Hsien; this is her baby brother, Chang. Chang and his sister are very much misfits, her a hyper-endowed and hyper-unlucky (if well-intentioned) soldier, and him a slim effete little artist. Yes, he's dressed in girls clothes, specifically Hsien's school uniform (thought obviously the stockings and garters aren't up to dress code).
