glorious job :3 just marvelous. any tips for fur creation? i hope to make it as simple/complex as you do here but i dont know how to get from point 'a' shading or flats, to this... any tips would be nice..

well, it sounds like youre on the right track! i lay down all the flats and soft transitions with a soft brush, then, with a custom brush make all the "fur texture". its literally a brush that is a series of dots, so when you pull the brush across it creates hairs. does that make sense? very simple trick, just mess around with it :) and thank you!

by soft brush i take it you mean a feathered brush? a misty/cloudlike brush rather?

oh the soft brush, or the "air brush" as some people call it, the one that comes in Photoshop, the circle with the super soft edges :) easy for blending
