It looks like Sakura manga points pens. You can find them at an Art Store or online. They are quite the tools since they come with 5 markers and mechanical pencil (.05 lead). I know for a fact I need to get a new set of those.

Hm, I see those all the time when I go to ze art shops. But I never actually used one. Looks quite nice though.

It's going to be like working with sharpie thin(fine) point pen markers with the exception of the brush marker. The Brush marker is self explanatory it works like a paintbrush.
