For those unaware, Liir are natural telepaths and telekinetics. The latter of which allows them to skim at low altitude via levitation. Very useful for when over land, but when water is available most Liir still prefer to swim.

Sorui is not most Liir. Shi is also DAMNED fast when skimming!
