The boss of a renowned Yakuza Group known as Kagechi, or Shadow Blood, Setouga set up base in Medda Livell around a year ago, and has had control of most of the town since. His goal is to turn the town into a drug ring chain link, specializing in a stimulant known as Dark Life. Most users of the drug use it to the extent that their blood becomes very dark in appearance, almost black... The drug is very addictive, almost like Heroin, but the ways it can be ingested are limitless. He created the drug himself, but prefers not to use it, needing a clear head and body to run Kagechi.
