Look on the bright side you made some money. Yeah Akon can be busy. We need to get more furry artist there. Maybe thin down some the work. After us Texas furs really only have Akon or MFM.

Main problem attracting the artist, dealers, and cost. Honestly unless you attract some major furry artist, I already thinking you are asking to much for pre registration. 35 dollars that the cost of Akon pre registration. They a have a hell a lot more to offer. Yes, that is the cost of most cons, but you are young a new. People are going to be iffy on paying that price if they are not sure they are going to get what they want. Might want to lower pre reg price or get more artist early on the site to draw attention.

We've got some stuff lined up that hasn't made it out to the main web page yet. As for the cost of pre-reg, the sad fact is that as a first-year con we don't have much operating budget, and need to raise some. There's a staff meeting this Saturday; I'll see what I can find out that hasn't made it to the website yet. Watch for a journal on my page with additional information about the con in the coming days.
