You'd pay to see this in a video game. And in a movie. You'd pay double the usual price just to watch him flex as he runs around the levels. Admit it.
...
Ah, this brings back memories. Remember the good old days? The golden age of platform action games, both PC and NES? Remember when games actually had COLORS, instead of just being shades of brown and grey? Remember when not every single character you played was some sort of japanese emo with ridiculously stupid spike-hair, or a generic space marine?
...
Yeah, me neither. So here's a picture of Jazz Jackrabbit, the awesomest gun-toting rambobun in the universe! Blasting evildoers to protect planet Carrotus!
P.S. Critiques are appreciated. Do you like this? Hate this? Yes? No? Maybe? Raep?

Heheh... I once met an uncle in real life who I hadn't seen in over 15 years. He said to me, "So, should I say something corny like 'My, how you've grown,' or something more mature like 'How's your dick?'"
So I replied: "Just combine them both at once and say 'My, how your dick has grown!'"
Seriously, that's what I said, lol!

Umm no.
This is not Warez, this is Abandonware. There's a huge difference.
I've got a good deal of really old classic games for DOS from Home of the Underdogs (http://www.the-underdogs.info) never had a virus in a single one of them.

I loved the original Jazz Jackrabbit game. It sold me on the awesomeness of shareware, and I ended up buying the game based on the shareware demo. I also bought the Gravis PC GamePad because of this game.
In the original games, though, he didn't wear *any* clothing. I like this though, really emphasizes the sexiness. (In the GBA game, they gave him pants. Pants!)

Oh yes I like this. I mean I really LIKE this. In fact I am totally gay for this. My mate agrees, this is very nice and he also LIKES it.
Seriously, very nice work. Like the pose, the colors and the package-- by which I mean how its rendered... Yeah.
Painter 8, 9 or 10 perhaps? I'm curious 'cause I can't figure out how anyone *paints* in Painter. :P I suck. I know...

You've been listening to Yahtzee again, haven't you? X3
Still, the picture's undeniably great, in terms of pose and lighting, and it is nice to get a little nostalgic about the things we really savored back then. Like playing as Bison in Street Fighter II, and cornering the other player so they couldn't do anything as you pummeled them into oblivion. :3
Good times...

There needs to be more jazz jackrabbit art.
...but I thought his gun was alot bigger and more phallic-shaped, like a giant blue pen.
And he didn't wear clothes except for the sweatbands on his wrists and the bandana! bad bunny for making him wear some. what would happen if it gets in his way while trying to take out a turtle enemy?

Its not often that you see a green rabbit these days. I was unfortunately too busy moving around a lot as a kid to see or remember jazz Jackrabbit. When your growing up with a father in the military, always moving around. You tend to miss out on a lot.
Love the art style. And yes I admit fully to your above stated question in the above pic description. ^^
What more would you expect from a rabbit like me?
Who just so happens to also be green. >.>;

to be fair on the games of today, Jazz belonged to a wave of gaming that was pretty much just as derivative and samey as the derivative samey game trends of today...
it's just that back then it was people cashing in on the success of sonic the hedgehog (aero the acrobat, bubsy bobcat, that thing from rocket knight adventures, all that stuff) rather than halo and quake and the like...
you're not wrong though that the gaming world is full of clones... it's just that it always was =p
great pic, too

You know what's funny? :3 This reminds me that Cliff Bleszinski (creator of Jazz Jackrabbit) is also the creator of "Gears of War" series. Despite the (obvious XD ) lack of a battle armour, your rendition of Jazz fits pretty well on GeOW universe, where every single character is a bodybuilder.
O_O;;
OMFG Elton Portilho just commented on my piece, I just came!!!
...
And yeah, nothing says "gun-toting badass" like rippling muscles.
Doesn't matter how accurate your eyesight is, or your aim... All you need to be a super-soldier is muscles. :)
And of course, a freakishly large bulge. Am I right? ;)

Ah, Jazz. I had the shareware of his first game and the X-mas expansion. Runs like Sonic, and had a sugesivly shaped gun (\/)
Good job on the pic. Looks great.
p.s.:
"Remember when games actually had COLORS, instead of just being shades of brown and grey?" Don't forget about the tons of bloom they put in games. They're brown, gray, and SHINY!

Faved this coz I loved this game when I was younger... damn, this game was so L33T... but now I need to say that I love FPSs, because unfortunately, I started to enjoy blowing things up with a rocket launcher and giving bloody headshots on inhuman genocidal monsters... as the Locusts from Gears of War.
