Character concept for Cirene, another Skylion character. She'll have a part in later storylines that involve the species.

The Skylion political and social structures are similar to that of Feudal Japan. Cirene is a female Shogun of sorts, so she is a step below the Imperial family as well as social classes go.

Her markings are based on a silver bengal cat.

Her outfit is a design that I commissioned from Owl-in-a-box
