But, honest, your so called "fishy" accounts aren't that uncommon.
There's a lot of "blank users" on FA, some of them just use it to grab p*ons, they view it, download it, but they never actually favs. (which bugs me a lot too >.>)
You can't judge someone because they have nothing in their account, just to say. Althought it has very little to do with what we are discussing here.
