That's me from an an online Pokemon Mystery dungeon MMO called Pokemon Mystery Universe (short 'PMU')
I had to choose Pikachu as my starter (cuz' Raichu isn't a starter of course xD) and I had to realize that my Team Aqua headband is too big for a little Pikachu head :D
Anyways, for those who want to join PMU: It's a great MMORPG based on the Mystery Dungeon Series. Just look out for a player named 'Ray the Chu' ;)
Oh, and I already evolved so... now I am a Raichu again xD
