That's his name. I don't know why. I'm pretty sure it stems from an earlier conception of his species where they had powers I've decided they no longer have. This is a character I've had on the mind off and on for months now, and I finally sat down and drew him, which, like the Twillai, makes him an official part of my own twisted little universe.

I'll let you draw your own conclusions about his species... I really have no idea what inspired him. If you're good I might upload a naughty version of this pic. :)

And I strongly feel that his outfit should be made mandatory for a lot of guys. ;p
