Here's a quickie that is part of an inside joke involving my friend  sebastian-finrod. If there's one thing I know about him, it's that he has a thing for numbers that have to be of a "good number" (i.e. volumes on car audios and TVs HAVE to be set on anything in the multiples of 5). So imagine how his OCD would click when he stumbles upon a sign that has this particular speed limit of 14 1/2 MPH.

Yeahhhhhhh, he doesn't approve...
