they didn't cross the road. the road crossed them. whatever their reason to commute from one pace to another, putting a road in their way of doing so, doesn't cause that reason to not exist. i blame emotional attachment to worshiping the automobile as the source of that problem.

now on a narrow gauge railway, they could walk under the rails between the ties, and even if the climbed over the rails, they would only be there for a MUCH briefer time that it would take even a red panda to cross the road.

if REAL (physically anthro) furrys ran the real world.
