Whelp Meepes somehow got turned into a vampire and like any good vampire she has loads of servants, monsters, and other things at her hands to play with. Most of all her butler
Thorstone acting as both head of cleaning the house and bodyguard detail for the vixen. And yes the red cookies are indeed blood cookies given via blood donations from willing people, who left with a heavy coin purse.
Art was of course done by Thorstone and Thorstone belongs to him as well.
