Ingreidents:
1 cup of wheat grain
2 cups of Water
1 tomato
1/2 a cucumber
1/4 cup of basil
1 1/2 cup of Feta [Goat Cheese]
EVOO
Salt and Pepper
Prepartion:
Take the wheat grain and water into a bowl, than put it into the fridge. Let that sit for about 4 hours.
"Cooking":
Cut the cucumber and tomato into cubes, put those into the bowl with the wheat grain. Chop the basil and mix together with the EVOO, salt and Pepper. Set that aside for a couple moments. Crumb the feta over the veggies and grain, than pour in the dressing.
Mix well!
Serve:
Put into a bowl and enjoy!
