Towards the light
This is our white shepherd named "Romy". She is not purebred and that's why she has been abandoned in hungary, probably after being on a chain. Romy is still very young. If she was purebred, Romy would have been abused for breeding white shepherds as they obviously are very valuable. So she at least has been spared from this misfortune... But nevertheless, at the animal shelter in hungary she was very underfed. My parents lead a non-profit association for dog and cat rescue in hungary and this dog was an emergency. Now she lives here, at our home. She is still very thin, but the vet attested her being perfectly healthy. So, she is thin, you can see the rips, but it is in no way dangerous for her. She eats very much, though, but she also runs around very much.
When I was in the forest with her, I could not take her off the leash, because she would have instantly chased something and would have not returned. So, I took the photograph and edited the leash out in Photoshop. But still, I thought the picture was very boring, so I added some bloom effect by duplicating the layer, applying gaussian blur (about 35) to the duplication and setting the mode to hard light. Also, I added a kinda dirty-lens effect. I thought, it would look majestic, but the leash has spoilt it totally, so I did this. I like the picture so much that I needed to submit it, although I actually never post photos for certain reasons
As always, I hope you like it.
