The musculature and body posing is good on this; very good sense of dynamics. Looks like he's ready to slug a motherfucker hardcore.
The problems I do see with this, though, are threefold:
1) His legs seem distinctly different from the rest of the body. Too big, and doesn't look quite natural in the position they're in.
2) His right arm, curled back like that, doesn't quite work. Its more an apple than a fist. :P
3) The wings could be more dynamic. They seem tacked on.
Otherwise, good job.

Yeah, legs can be a pain in the ass. And feet? Hooboy, fuck THAT noise...
The best way to do three-fingered hands, as I've found, is to draw four of the fingers together and erase the middle line. Good way to get a hang of this is to take your own hand and make a V shape, like Spock in Star Trek (or like Xenomorphs in the Aliens movies). Its a solid base to start with.

I'll add for the hand thing, the right hand doesn't looked clenched enough if he's trying to make a fist
the legs was said to be too big but I thought that's what XVmon is like anyway, but maybe it's moreso the upper legs look too long maybe (which what made it stand out separate from the rest), and the positions, yea, if you try to stand like that considering where the front of the legs and the torso are facing, you may have a hard time keeping the pose >w>
if I was an anatomy psycho, I'd say all kinds of things that the oddity of the legs would do with the rest of the body, but I'm not >w>
the wings... they're like usually attached to a bone in the back (the scapula), applies to humanoid creatures which XVmon fits
