This suits works a little bit differently than my rubber Shadow Lugia suit. This guy doesn't control the mind, he's just heavy enough to prevent the host from moving on their own, no matter how strong they might be. The host is entirely aware of what is being done to them throughout the process and afterwards. Usually the host will give in once the transformation gets to the point where they feel the Charizard's skin as their own, but it all depends on how much willpower one has.

I really like this :3. Not just for the rubber or for the species, but for the "transformation" / costumeTF aspect.
This is what makes me tick X3 Great job.
Your rubber shading is good, but it just needs to be a little more directed ( light coming from one way will alway make one side shine but not the other, and keeping in account the "3D" shape of the character will make some parts lack shading entirely due to be in the shade, litterally ).

A suit being tight and heavy and controlling the wearer's actions through sheer power of the suit is much better than mind control in my eyes, it's like they're still giving the victim a chance to get free and have possibility to stop the fate that's inevitably coming (well making it seem like they have a chance when they don't really anyway).
