It's actually very rare to ever see this tomboy wearing a dress, but it seems this date is special. Tsubame wanting to make a good impression asked for advice from Saeko on what to wear for it, since she is usually not good with this kind of thing.
Saeko helped her little sister out, and got her something that would would be a real eye-catcher. A dress like a basketball jersey going along with a jacket, and a pair of high tops.
