My new and awesome lineup of awesome brews for Anthrocon. So much beer so much time so much to drink. From left to Right:
Belgian Stout: I love Irish Stout a ton Especially after
shortwave shared his bar's Guinness stout with me. So I brewed an Irish Stout to see how i could do. It went pretty well actually. I then stumbled onto a recipe for Belgian Stout... Curious to see which one is better, let's see who brews it best; Belgians or Irish????
Summer Ale: Back by request for another round of summer time awesomeness. This is a cream ale base with a hint or raspberry and grapefruit. I don't do sweet beers all that well but more of a berry fruit and something more sour. Just a hint of sourness but not overwhelming.
Galacticous ale: Brewed with ONLY galaxy hops, a newer more 'interesting' hops. I got an idea to make a single hop brew with a simple ale base and nothing complex or full body so I could appreciate the hops. This brew is REALLY hoppy but won't leave you with that 'cotton mouth' feeling. The initial taste is rather light and does not hit you, but develops a hoppy aftertaste. hoppy but not heavily bodied.
Bock: I love bock so brewed my personal awesome brew. It has a nice lemon taste to it that compliments its more complex taste. I brewed it last year and seemed well received. A more distinct flavor yes but lighter on the hops.
Chinook IPA: I had an extra case chilling here and go figure... It's amazing after its aged a few extra months. It's not sweet or flat or anything but the fruitiness of the hops seem more distinguished... It might be my new favorite.
Find me at AC toting my shoulder cooler and fursuit and enjoy... Last year I wondered around blitzed out of my mind handing this stuff out. I met a ton of awesome people, so lets do it again.
Just wait till you see what Ive got planned for MFF.
