Poor Rarity. Pinkie Pie's cousin City Spotlight is visiting from Manehattan, and he only has eyes for the pretty white unicorn. WHich probably wouldn't be so bad, if he'd just let her get her work done!!

City Spotlight is an OC I came up with on the fly. He's a Pie through and through...only his specialty is Pizza pie! He's also a stand up comedian. He also has a bit of an ego and thinks he's Celestia's gift to fillies.

Spotty was also supposed to be based on someone....but kinda grew into his own Pony. Not to drop any hints, but one look at his shaggy mane and green eyes should tell you what he'd look like if he went through the Magic Mirror into the human world. ;)
