If I ever have more time I'll surely design such game with paint-like shaders :3 I hope that Ubi-Art engine will be available soon, tho... But Unity has lend hand to developers and has wonderful 2D support like Ubi-Art's engine :3
However it'll take some time to develop a demo tho x'D
