Addendum: I set all highlight layers to Luminosity and all shading layers to Multiply.
Addendum 2: There's also those wet drippy things added in the last shot, missed that, that's a Luminosity layer too.
Got a bunch of comments complimenting my internal shots that I don't know how to do so I threw together a little thing that shows how I bumble about making them.

Damn I had no idea people would have complained to you that the belly was more tightly holding and squishing on the swallowed prey, I for one think its far more realistic then the typical stomach "sac" most vore images use.
That and it feel's more sensual despite the fact its one creature becoming food for another.
