Earlier this morning, a vehicle, a mid 90s -early 2000s Ford Econoline work van, had caught fire behind my house.
After the fire crew left, I was able to grab my Kodak M763 (set on Auto, no flash) and grabbed a few pics.
This is one of the few I have, and you can clearly see that the dash board is pretty much melted and deformed. I didn't dare get any closer as the first thing I took note of, was the air bag was never deployed.

I caught my buddies Honda CRV on fire welding a new roof on after he rolled it (oops; derpy dog mistake...had a moving blanket down on the seats so tools wouldn't get the seats dirty, an ember went passed the welding blanket and caught the moving blanket ablaze)...was able to put it out and fix it before it got quite that bad but still cooked the seats & a few trim panels...I kept the seats, cut out all the burnt stuff & used the foam from them for fursuit making... learned car seat foam is good stuff
Oh ya, and bought a couple more welding blankets and a new fire extinguisher so that hopefully doesn't happen again
