So turns out white dragons are pretty stupid right? So I got the great idea of making a fun character out of that idea alone. So I made Bucket the white dragon. Shes not particularly bright, down right derpy if you will. But thats okay cause shes adorable and pretty strong

Not terribly weak or stupid. Just so if you compare them to any other type of chromatic dragon. They're at the bottom of the totem pole under red, green, black and blue, but being the weakest of the chromatic dragons is kind of like being the thinnest kid at Fat Camp, the dumbest member of Mensa International, or the oldest bunny in the Playboy Mansion.
That said, I'm sure there are plenty of white dragons who deliberately play the stereotype to their advantage. As I'm sure Bucket here must be doing right now.
Bucket: "Hello Mr. human knight. This ax tastes funny and hurts my gums!"
Adventurer: "It does, huh? Well, maybe I can help with tha-"
Bucket: *chomp-snarf-gluk-gluk-gulk. . . BURP!*
The next day:
Bucket: "Hello Mr. elven rogue. I sharpened a dagger in my bum and now I need a healing potion."
