idk. maybe a fully-grown adult? gobber's gronkle was fully-grown and looked rather different from the other gronkles so yeah.

Gobber's dragon confused me at first, too - he wasn't actually a Gronckle, but a close (and much larger) relative called a "Hotburple." The Hotburples have the same attitude as the Gronckles, though, taken up to eleven. ^.^

I did too, but after it, I went to the HHTYD Wiki, and it had all the information on the new dragon species, including the Hotburple. Poor Gobber. He asks his dragon for a cuddle, and it just flops on him and goes to sleep. Boulder Dragon attitude in a nutshell.

I didn't like the colour change they gave toothless. It made absolutely no sense to me, like... Why. But it went away, so maybe the bioluminescence is an aggression thing?
