2013 project. Flamma Vitae: Living Flame.
I made this as a trade with my sister. She gave me about 400 of her comic books in return for Quetzlcoatl-esque representations of her and her husband. She wanted me to use their birthstones, peridot and ruby, as my points of reference. The trick with green and red stones is to try to avoid making the project look to Christmassy.
