oh, I would it leave as it is. judging by the POV the look goes from down upwards and focused on head and chest anyway, so nobody would miss his feet.
I like his dignified looks (I am the butler; it's not my place to have an opinion, sir. [look of disaprovement]), the pose, and the details.
