My tattoo artist makes his apprentices tattoo themselves if they have no prior ink. I guess it's one of the ways that they have to prove that they really want to be a tattoo artist. He's oldschool like that

Which is a shame, because I'd really love to do it. I'm quite the enthusiast but I'm also young and fickle. I'm a good example of waiting until you find what you want for life, even if you're impatient.

Wow, I know lots of folks that would love that as a tattoo. I myself keep getting held up on getting any ink done and haven't doodled on myself in years, unless you count symbols for various things as notes. ^_^;
