Fire Fox and Flora are veteran British heroines in the Colmaton universe. Katie Watson and Linda Powell are best friends and have been so since childhood. The two discovered their powers in their teens: Katie discovered she had the ability to generate fire and Linda found she could manipulate plants and interpret what animals are thinking or doing.

The two idolized the country's national heroine Britannia and saw this as their opportunity to eventually be just like her. The two trained together to harness their powers and added the Filipino fighting art of eskrima to their regimen. They were masters of the art when they appeared together in the London streets to battle criminals. The BOS quickly took notice and Robin Hood, one of England's most famous heroes, invited the heroines to join. Fire Fox and Flora accepted the invitation and passed the tests, joining the Bureau in 2006.

Over the years the two proved to be a couple of Britain's most valuable heroines and in 2012, Fire Fox took over duties as head of the London BOS branch.

In their civilian lives, Katie is an archeologist and a curator for the Royal Museum and Linda is a storied veterinarian working in London. The two may have been on the job for a while now, but there are a lot of fights left for Fire Fox and Flora.
