Droid has 3 horns so today I spent my last 3 hours carving them out, pinning them on the head and carving some more. Ear is held up to ensure horns are in the right alignment, all 3 should be visible behind the ear.

Trust me I know what I am doing ;) this is not a mesh head. I only use that as a small structure base off of my custom cut and heat molded polyethylene head frame. I make all my suits this way and in no way shape or form have they degraded. I hate foam heads and will never make or wear one myself. I appreciate others who make them but for me its not my style. My style is unique and breathable and Zen loves how his head is coming out :)
