that's weird, out of all the games I have played that I have seen a druid as a character class, not a single one of them had a druid that had weapon proficiency with bows, not even in WoW (Diablo II is a different story though). In Dungeons and Dragons (both pen-and-paper and the MMO (not Neverwinter btw)), the bow as a druid's weapon is only possible if your character has the Weapon Proficiency feat dedicated to bows or if your character is an elf
