funny story here. I am working on a project, and after getting fed up with CNC machines, decided that I should just find a vinyl cutter. well, I found one for $139, and it seemed like a good deal. then after purchasing it, me and 
geroff installed the software only to find it could not import images or vector images. so he and a disgruntled me returned the cutter and returned to looking. we found a $299 one, same brand, same software. no deal. but then we found another one for the same price, and the website showed it was capable of what we needed to do. so $300 and some later, we had a vinyl cutter. this was one of the first things we cut on it :3
the reason it says "mootang" is because my car is a black and white mustang, and cows are black and white. its an inside joke, i guess.
