She is my OC of Razor Fox's Draconia Chronicles. Lady Vortex is the leader of the wind dragon brood. This brood uses elemental magicks of wind. They can produce hurricane force winds as a spell or as a breath weapon, they can also create tornados and use their wind magicks to increase their speed as well as the speed of their allies which is the equivalence of a haste spell on steroids. Lady Vortex has a sensitvity to the wind and can read messages within the wind, a talent that was passed to her by her mother and former leader of the wind dragon brood, Lady Winddancer. She has a daughter named Squall and has a city in the clouds after the wind dragons left the war effort following the incident in the Caleria. The wind dragons return to Queen Oscura after Lady Vortex had visions and decides to inform the queen of things that she saw in her visions that were carried from the wind. I've finally finished her wing and added her magick where she summons up a tornado which grows big when it leaves her hand.
