Looks like Mr. Racoon forgot to look before he lept... in to that dumpster full of god-knows-what-but-damn-that's-a-buff-'coon-right-there!
It would appear the local laboratory threw out last night's take-away pizza along with some of that growth serum they were testing - looks like it works on racoons too! He doesn't seem to pleased with the results; how on earth will he fit through catflaps and steal the food now!?
It's late, I need to sleep :D

a nice classic and gritty tf trigger right there. I thought this was a human at first, but now that I'm looking at it and your description, is it just that the victim started off as anthro raccoon with human legs who is mutating into a super buff version with a more beastly leg structure?
