Sorry there isn't. It's just impossible to satisfy perfectly everyone since everyone except something slightly different. The best would be that you modify the skin yourself or ask a modder to do it for you

No one forces you to. The avatar is provided with a shape and works as is.

Then you take responsibility for those changes. When you buy a car, and you want to put tractor wheels on then, do you go tell GM "i don't think it's fair, your cars are not compatible with tractor wheels!" ?
