Introducing my T-Rex character, Neil (name credit to

Neil is living in an alternative history of the 1980s (I would say 1982-1988). Where the culture has risen from the ashes of the burned out 70s* and came out hot and bright. Complete with eletronic music formed after disco's demise, hard rock turning into heavy metal, neon colours shine brighter, clothing style is a must, and anything else that was wonderland in a case of struggling through the fruitless war in the Reagan Era. Only thing that remains the same is crime, only it's just getting bigger.
Neil here is among a very small and pricey private group known as the S.T.A.N.D. Enforcements (Special Tactical Agency of National Defense). Neil would do higher work big and small, from minor law breaking arrests to a massive sting operation. He can also do private investigation in various cases be it drug rings, illegal firearms trade, terrorism (foreign or domestic), murder, serial killer or rapist (or both), anthro-traffiking, abuses, corruption, and many others. S.T.A.N.D. tends to get their hands more dirty than what normal law enforcements would normally do. So Neil would often find himself taking risks and get into violent confrontations with criminals.
Neil would also find himself in a "Kolchak Moment." In which he would encounter things not likely he would encounter.... like zombies, vamps, malevolent spirits, demons, aliens, cult, mythical monsters, conspiracy theories and such. Why not? I like monsters :P I want all of my characters to fight them.
Whenever Neil is on his down time unwinding, he likes to hang out a lounge bars with soft musics, beaches, round the world trips, working out, relaxing at home reading books while enjoying his Rum pop, buying more "Chief's Smokes," and taking home ladies for a one nighter (or going to their homes). He would only do dances and movies if his date wants one.
He is also a gifted thespian actor in Broadway plays (Hamlet, Seventh Seal, etc), so occasionally he would get into acting when he's off duty.
His personality is more of a generous kind gentlemen and soft spoken. He is kind and respectful to everyone else that is friendly or in need of help. Neil would often say foul languages but not aplenty or more in a vulgar manner, only in necessary terms. Neil is also is very good with helping children (he will not smoke around them). He will only get aggressive and mean if he is put into that position (especially towards stubborn criminals), and he would really lose it if he is pushed further like if he were to witness anyone harming a woman or a child. He would follow the ethics respectfully most of the time but would "bend" it if he absolutely must (such as heavier interrogations).
This is pretty much all I know so far, still need to brush it up alittle more. T-Rex heads are a bitch to draw, so I may update it soon. But for now, this is a quick picture. Neil is the bulkiest character out of the group. Not so much as I tried my best into making the background eighties-er as possible with soft club-like colours with hot neon colours. Frame is eh, but it was the best I can do. I had the stripey colours but it looked too tacky for this setting. So I stuck the softer look. I didnt want Neil to be alone in the picture, so I had a lovely lady come to hug up behind him. She couldnt say no to not feeling up his muscles and more. ;p
Still got alot more to do with him, but until then...
What do ya think???

Reading the description really makes me miss watching Kolchak on the Sci Fi channel. (Before they forgot how to spell their own name)
The Vampire episode was my favorite since it was the one that introduced me to the series, followed by the one about the giant gator in the sewers, that he used his camera to blind it.
